    • Q: Who Runs This Store? 

        • A: This store is maintained solely by volunteers and Sons of Ben board members...go easy on us please! 
    • Q: Who Do I Contact With Questions? 

        • A: Use our contact form at the top of the page OR email us at [email protected] with any questions about your order, shipping, etc...



    • How Long Until My Item Ships? 

        • A: Shipping on orders varies between 1-3 weeks. Remember we are all volunteers here...While we do our best to fulfill orders as they come in sometimes that can be tough. During the regular season orders get built before tailgates at home games and will ship the next available shipping day! During the offseason orders will be completed every 1-3 weeks and shipped the next available shipping day. 



    • Q: Can I pick my order up during a tailgate?  

        • A: Yes! You Can!  Typically our SoB Store is open in Lot B 3-4 Hours before kick off and closes 1 hour before kickoff. 



    • Q: I have an idea for new merch? Who do I tell?


    • Q: Who do I contact for refunds/to cancel my order?
